Who we are

This website is run by [BUSINESS NAME] (ABN [ABN]), trading as ProcureOne Group, based in Sydney, NSW. In this policy, "we" and "us" means that business.

What the enquiry form collects

When you send an enquiry, we collect what you enter:

• your name, business name, trade, phone number and email
• the services you're interested in and your tender due date
• any plans, drawings or other files you upload, and your message

Our hosting provider also records standard technical information such as your IP address, which is used to block spam. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, price the job you've sent, and do the work if you engage us. We don't sell your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.

Plans and documents you send are used only to prepare your take-off, quote or admin work. We treat them as confidential.

Where it's stored

Form submissions and uploaded files are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc., which may store data outside Australia (including in the United States). We may also keep copies in our email and file storage so we can do the work.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or job, and to meet our record-keeping obligations. After that we delete them.

Access, corrections and complaints
